Supreme Event Rentals is a family business started in June 2022 by Mervin and Nickesha. They have in stock: tables, chairs, stage, tents, dancefloor and many other items for all your events. Their home office is in Chestermere, however, they offer delivery service to Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, Red Deer and neighboring cities.
Mervin has always had an interest in being a Disc Jockey at weddings and was inspired to purchase chairs to offer a complete package. In 2021, he took the first step towards achieving his dream by purchasing his first 50 chairs and music equipment.
It is often said that beside every successful man there is a wise woman. It then comes as no surprise that in 2022, during a spring cleaning session, Nickesha saw the chairs in storage and reminded Mervin of his dream and suggested that they rent the chairs for general events. The loving duo set about cleaning the chairs and doing promotional advertisements on social media. The feedback received was positive and on June 10, 2022 they had their first rental for 35 white foldable chairs.
Currently, Supreme Event Rentals has over 1500 chairs, 200 tables, tents, stages, music equipment and a number of other items. They are available for all your events and if it’s not in stock, it will be sourced for you. Mervin is still the best unknown disc jockey in Chestermere and awaits an opportunity to showcase his disc jockey skills at your special event.

Terms and Conditions
● Our rental rates are based on a 24-hour time period. Please let us know if you need the items for more than
24 hours.
● To reserve your items, we require your contact information and a deposit.
● Payments can be made using; E-transfer to info@supremeeventrentalsyyc.com, cash, cheque or via credit
card. A 3% processing will be applied for all payments made via credit card.
● Delivery is not included in the cost of the rental item and will vary based on location and items being
transported.
● All deliveries require the signature of a responsible party for rental items to be left.
● Delivering to locations that are either upstairs/ downstairs with no proper elevator service or difficult to
access areas may incur additional charges.
● If drop off / pick up time is between 12:00am- 7:00am, additional charges may apply.
● We are available to set up tables, chairs, tents, stage risers and other items for an additional set-up and
tear-down fee. If no arrangements were made for set-up & tear-down, all rental items should be properly
stacked and left in a safe location for pickup.
● For stage rentals, the Supreme Event Rentals team will be responsible for the setting up and take down of
the stage. If the stage remains overnight, the client will be responsible for ensuring the stage is protected
while at the venue. Once the stage is positioned by the Supreme Event Rentals staff at the agreed location,
any request to alter stage size or location will incur an additional charge. The client is not allowed to adjust, alter or move the stage from the location it is positioned in by the Supreme Event Rental staff.
● No refunds are given for items rented but not used during your event.
● Any cancellations made within a week (7 days) of the rental date, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.
● The customer is responsible for rental items while in their possession. Rental items should be secured when
not in use and protected from adverse weather conditions. If the rental items are damaged, the customer is
responsible to replace the damaged parts or cover the full replacement costs. The client’s credit card will be
charged to cover the losses arising from any damaged or missing rental items.
● Notify us immediately if you find something broken or missing when it is received.
● The customer agrees to use the rental items carefully and for its intended purpose. The customer also
agrees to assume all risk and agrees to hold Supreme Event Rentals and any of its staff harmless from and
against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damage, and all costs and expenses arising directly and
indirectly relating to: The delivery, loading, unloading, erection, installation, dismantling, and use of the
rented items. Contact of underground utilities, pipes, or any condition on renter’s property. Any injury or
damage during use of rented items.
● Supreme Event Rentals’ tents/ canopies are for the use of “temporary” protection from the sun, and light to
medium rain and wind. For the safety of all occupants, it is recommended that a complete evacuation of the
tent/canopy take place in the event of threatening or severe weather.
● The pick-up location is in Chelsea, Chestermere Alberta.
● A valid government issued picture I.D. is required at pick-up.
● Items being collected must fit safely inside your vehicle. The customer is responsible for loading, unloading
and securing the load in the vehicle. However, we can assist but cannot be responsible for any damage to the vehicle or personal property that may occur during loading or unloading or transport.
● Please contact Supreme Event Rentals to confirm the pickup and drop-off time to ensure a representative is available.
